This policy applies to this website and to any Anyplane-hosted account services that are made available in the future. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that Anyplane links to, which are governed by their own policies.

• Information you provide. Content you choose to send us, such as questions, feedback, bug reports, or messages submitted through the channels described on our support page.
• Account information, when applicable. For people with access to an Anyplane cloud account, this may include an account identifier, authentication details, and basic organization information associated with that account.
• Technical and security logs. Records generated when you interact with our website or services, such as IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device characteristics, pages or endpoints requested, timestamps, referring pages, and error or security events.
• Cookies and local storage. Storage used to operate the site and service — for example, keeping a session active, remembering preferences, or protecting against abuse. We do not use this website to build advertising profiles.

• Operate and deliver this website and any Anyplane services you use.
• Secure our systems, prevent abuse, and investigate suspected misuse.
• Diagnose problems, understand how the service behaves, and improve it.
• Provide support and respond to questions, feedback, and reports.
• Communicate about service status, changes, and security matters.
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.

We use third-party providers to run infrastructure and supporting functions such as hosting, content delivery, error monitoring, and communications. These providers process information on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purposes we specify.

Anyplane does not sell personal information.

Anyplane’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, and for as long as required to meet legal, accounting, security, or dispute resolution obligations. Technical and security logs are kept for a limited period appropriate to their operational purpose, after which they are deleted or aggregated.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not make absolute security promises.

Anyplane and its providers may process information in countries other than the one you live in. Where we transfer information across borders, we take steps intended to ensure it remains protected consistently with this policy and applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to object to or restrict certain processing, to request a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Anyplane is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this policy as Anyplane develops. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
