By accessing or using this website or any Anyplane service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. If you are using Anyplane on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Anyplane. Anyplane is intended for business and professional use, not for children.

If account access becomes available, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping credentials confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Anyplane services are offered through a private preview. Features, interfaces, and behavior may change, be delayed, or be removed at any time, and services may be unavailable or interrupted. Preview functionality is provided for evaluation and feedback. Do not rely on it for production workloads, and do not treat anything on this site as a commitment to deliver a particular feature on a particular date.

You agree not to:

• Use Anyplane for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Probe or scan systems except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
• Reverse engineer non-public components except where the law permits it.
• Upload malicious code, or content that infringes or violates others' rights.
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization.

Anyplane and its licensors retain all rights in the Anyplane name, logo, website, documentation, and software. Except for rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you.

We welcome feedback, suggestions, and bug reports. If you send them, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them to improve Anyplane without obligation or compensation to you. Please do not send confidential information as feedback.

Anyplane links to and may integrate with third-party services. Those services are operated by others and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices, and your use of them is at your own discretion.

You may stop using Anyplane at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the service or other users. We may also discontinue preview services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits — will survive.

The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anyplane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the website or services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

We may update these terms as Anyplane develops. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continuing to use the website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
